Heritage Pork – Spare Ribs

Spare ribs are a Texas staple at backyard BBQs and family events!  These are just the right size at approx. 3lbs per rack.

There are many ways to cook this delicious cut of pork, but our favorite is the hot and fast method over apple and oak wood!
