We currently use both Texas State Inspected and USDA inspected/approved facilities for our processing needs.

We are on a mission to raise healthy animals with a high quality of life. That means they are supplemented with top quality, 100% certified organic feed, non-GMO, antibiotic free, and 24/7 access to plenty of grass, bugs, worms, etc. Our Texas Pasture Raised Animals are BETTER than organic and live life at quality levels far exceeding those of your typical grocery store varieties(even the organic ones)! As a result of these farming practices, our animals don’t need the harsh drugs, antibiotics, etc used at large commercial operations. In addition, they have higher levels of nutrients(Omega 3s), tenderness, juiciness, and DELICIOUSNESS! Call us crazy but we believe a happy farm animal makes for the best meat you’ll ever eat!
