Heritage Pork – Roast – Picnic (~3lbs)

Who doesn’t love a good pork roast?  This cut comes from the front, bottom shoulder of the pig and is an excellent cut for traditional roast recipes like pot roast.  Our favorite way to cook this roast is low and slow on the smoker with apple wood.
