Heritage Pork – Roast – Boston/Butt/Blade (~3lbs)

Who doesn’t love a good pork roast?  This cut is commonly referred to by many different names: Boston Butt, Butt Roast, Blade roast, and Shoulder butt roast – confusing we know!  It comes from the front, top shoulder of the pig and is an excellent cut for pulled pork(our favorite) as well as your favorite typical roast recipe.
